LOGO/HYPERLINK AGREEMENT

You must agree to and accept the following terms and conditions
in order to use the Official 3D Virtual Star Trek Convention
Logo/Hyperlink(s) ("Logo/Hyperlink"):
1. Virtual-conventions, llc ("VCLLC") hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use, display and link the attached Logo/Hyperlink(s) on your Web site subject to the terms set forth herein. Nothing herein by implication or otherwise, shall grant you any rights other than as explicitly set forth herein.
2. You must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this license. If you are thirteen (13) years old or above, but under 18 years old, you must provide us with the verifiable consent of your parent or guardian in order to use our hyperlink. Please have your parent or guardian send to info@vir-con.net the following consent from an email account wherein they are the verifiable account holder:
To VCLLC,
Please be advised that I am the parent or guardian of [fill in name]. I hereby consent to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement on behalf of my child or ward, and to be responsible for the compliance by my child or ward with all of the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement located at [insert RL for this Agreement].
Upon receipt of such verifiable consent, we will contact you with a specific grant of license to use the Hyperlink/Logo.
3. Except as specifically provided herein, you shall not express or imply any endorsement by virtual-conventions, llc, vir-con.net, Why Communications or Paramount Pictures Corporation their respective parents, sisters, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, "Affiliates") of any product or service or in any other manner or for any purpose whatsoever.
4. You acknowledge that Affiliates, their successors, privies and assigns, exclusively own all now known or hereafter existing rights of every kind and nature throughout the universe in and to Star Trek and the Logo/Hyperlink (including, but not limited to, all copyrights, trademarks, trade names, service names, patents, character rights, trade secret rights, contract and licensing rights).
5. You agree that you will not or will not allow or assist any third party to use or display the Logo/Hyperlink in any manner that would result in any Affiliate's name or product (including but not limited to Vir-Con or Star Trek) to become involved in matters that could detract from, or impugn its public acceptance and popularity or impair its legal status.
6. You agree not to alter or change the Logo/Hyperlink.
7. VCLLC shall have the right to terminate this Agreement and license herein at any time with or without cause and require you to immediately discontinue your use of the Logo/Hyperlink.
